Site role

This website provides general junk removal planning information and collects estimate requests for possible referral. The website operator is not the contractor and does not perform or supervise junk removal, hauling, cleanout, demolition, or disposal services.

No service contract or guarantee

Submitting a request does not create a service contract, reserve a crew, or confirm that a provider will contact the requester.

Provider availability is not guaranteed. Price is not guaranteed. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Schedule is not guaranteed. Qualifications are not guaranteed. Insurance is not guaranteed. Licence is not guaranteed. Disposal is not guaranteed. Workmanship is not guaranteed.

Independent providers

A provider that receives a consented request is independent from the website operator. The provider must confirm its own service agreement directly with the requester, including the scope, accepted items, price, schedule, qualifications, insurance, licence requirements, disposal plan, safety practices, and responsibility for workmanship.

Requester authorization and accurate information

The requester must provide accurate item, material, access, location, and contact information and must have authority to release the listed property and permit lawful site access. Added items, undisclosed materials, or different access conditions may require a new review before any provider agrees to work.

Restricted items and lawful handling

Hazardous, regulated, connected, unidentified, or permit-sensitive material must be disclosed and kept out of an ordinary load unless an appropriately qualified provider and lawful receiving facility confirm the handling plan. Site information does not replace current municipal, provincial, facility, safety, or specialist requirements.

General information limits

Site content is general request-planning information and may change. It is not legal, environmental, waste-classification, demolition, utility, safety, or emergency advice. A requester and any provider remain responsible for checking current requirements that apply to a project.

Privacy and inactive features

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Netlify text-form processing and an email notification to the website operator are the active request-processing functions.

Calls to the published number are routed through CallRail to the website operator. Unanswered calls enter CallRail voicemail after approximately 15 seconds. Call recording of live conversations, voicemail transcription, website analytics, automatic provider routing, and payments are disabled.

Acceptable use

A person must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized third-party personal information, attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent authority over a property or item.

British Columbia law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
