Privacy Policy for Estimate Requests
Read how this website handles estimate-request information, retention, safeguards, privacy contact, and sharing with an independent local junk removal contractor.
Lead information is retained for 12 months after the last activity unless a dispute or legal requirement requires longer retention.

Definitions
“Contractor” means an independent junk removal business or contractor that may receive a consented estimate request through this website.
Who operates this site
This estimate-request website is operated independently from any junk removal contractor. Privacy questions and access, correction, deletion, or complaint requests can be directed to the Privacy Officer by calling (778) 650-5831.
Information collected through the text-only form
The form may collect a requester's name, contact details, Abbotsford neighbourhood or postal code, item and material descriptions, approximate scope, property and access details, timing preferences, authorization, consent, submission time, IP address, and browser or device information processed by Netlify.
The submission record includes the consent wording version, source page, and CTA source used when the request was sent.
The estimate form does not accept file uploads. If a Contractor asks for photographs later, that Contractor is responsible for explaining how the photographs will be handled under the Contractor's privacy practices.
Why information is used
Information is used to process and review the request, send the operator an email notification, communicate about follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain request records, and—only with the requester's consent—share the request with an approved independent local junk removal contractor for estimate follow-up.
Netlify and processing outside Canada
Netlify provides site hosting, text-form processing, submission storage, and an email notification to the website operator. Netlify may process or store information outside Canada, where foreign laws may permit government or lawful access.
Operator email notification
Netlify sends the operator notification to an operator-controlled Gmail mailbox. Gmail is provided by Google, which may process or store that email outside Canada, where foreign laws may permit government or lawful access.
CallRail telephone routing and processing outside Canada
Calls to the published tracking number are processed by CallRail to route the call to the website operator. CallRail may receive the caller's phone number, Caller ID name when available, and call metadata such as date, time, duration, routing, and status. Call recording of live conversations is disabled for this number.
When a call is unanswered, the flow transfers the caller to CallRail voicemail after approximately 15 seconds. CallRail stores the voicemail audio message so the operator can review and respond. Automated voicemail transcription is disabled.
CallRail is based in the United States and processes telephone-routing information and voicemail audio there, outside Canada, where foreign laws may permit government or lawful access. The site does not install CallRail's website-tracking JavaScript.
Embedded Google Maps service
The service-area section embeds Google Maps. Loading an embedded map creates automatic network contact with Google so the map can be delivered. Google may receive an IP address and device or browser data, and may process or store information outside Canada, where foreign laws may permit government or lawful access.
The map shows request coverage context only. It includes no contractor office or business marker and does not represent a contractor address, permanent crew, or guaranteed availability.
Active call routing and inactive features
Calls to the published number are routed through CallRail to the website operator. Unanswered calls enter CallRail voicemail after approximately 15 seconds. Call recording of live conversations, voicemail transcription, website analytics, automatic contractor routing, and payments are disabled.
Independent contractor sharing
A request is not automatically routed to a Contractor. The operator may share it with an approved independent local junk removal contractor only for estimate follow-up, only after the Contractor and sharing terms are approved, and only after the requester gives the required consent. The Contractor is responsible for personal information in its own custody and for explaining its own privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Estimate requests and follow-up history are retained for 12 months after the last activity, unless an active dispute or legal requirement requires longer retention. The active form does not take payments or create payment records. If separate invoices, rental agreements, or required tax records are created later, they may be retained for six years after the relevant tax year; request content is not retained merely because a financial record must be kept.
Safeguards and privacy choices
Access is limited to people and approved service providers who need the information for the stated purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. A person may contact the Privacy Officer to request access, correction, consent withdrawal, or deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
